Our Story
Richard Perrotti Junior got into the pizza business in Fort Worth in 1981, working at Domino's and Pizza Hut. Junior wasn't a great student, and ironically for our location he was certainly not college-bound! He had been searching for the thing that would inspire a career. At that time, Richard Perrotti Senior was a hair-stylist at Neiman Marcus and would visit Junior at his job.
